On Tuesday, January 12 Global Track students from the GT8 cohort virtually defended their thesis before a Jury comprised of professors from the Tongji University College of Architecture and Urban Planning and professors from the University of Hawaii School of Architecture.
This year's defense was held virtually for the first time in program history with candidates sharing their work and fielding questions from jurors via Zoom. Each of the students who presented their research were successful in their defenses and were awarded Master of Architecture degrees from Tongji University. Additionally, Li Wenzhu's thesis was recommended for the outstanding thesis award.
