A Perfect Day in Shanghai

As part of GT15’s studio coursework, Edwin and his group explored Shanghai through the idea of a “Perfect Day,” using the city itself as a setting for observation, experience, and discovery.

Moving through different neighborhoods, public spaces, and everyday urban environments, the group engaged with Shanghai beyond the studio and developed a more personal understanding of the city’s character, rhythms, and public life.

The resulting video documents their journey and captures the places, interactions, and moments that came together to shape their interpretation of a perfect day in Shanghai.
